• Products without original packaging or invoice
• Certain hygiene-related or customized gifting items (if applicable)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Share your order details, product images, and issue description.
3. Our team will verify the request and arrange a pickup or guide you with return instructions.

4. Refund Policy

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved:
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

5. Replacement Policy

• For defective or damaged items, we offer a replacement instead of a refund wherever possible.
• Replacement will be processed after product verification.

6. Shipping Charges

• Return shipping is free only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
• For other cases, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

7. Cancellation Policy
